RSR Repair Telecommunication products to component level this means getting inside them and working our magic. Our engineers are skilled in all areas of BGA Rework, SMT Rework, Dataman Programming, IOS Diag, JTAG and Bootrom Programming. We specialise in CISCO but also cover a wide range of products including Servers, Juniper and Nortel. Networking kit is becoming more and more complex and require lots of skill and experience to even attempt to repair. Cloud Based Meraki products can be repaired to component level and tested. We can also recover ASA Activation/Licence keys, Corrupt Aironet or Wireless Lan Controllers missing software 6500 and 7600 Supervisors and Modules, Nexus and ASR Repairs.

How long will my product take to repair?

Most repairs are undertaken within 24 – 48 hours subject to parts availability. If you require a faster service we will endeavour to prioritise your repair.

What will happen to the data on my product?

We acknowledge the importance of security so all products that enter our workshop will be factory reset and configs will be removed unless you require otherwise. Software on the product may be upgraded to overcome faults or issues.
